 First licensed in 1983, I have been active both home and abroad

I am a member of the RSARS 2236  and an IPA member.

My Radio equipment is mainly Yeasu  FT847  FT 897  FT 817  FT 8900  Icom IC -V82 HH  Philips Fm 4 mtr

Antennas HF G5RV,Cobweb 5 band,3 ele triband beam    VHF/UHF  triband colinear,  dualband colinear,  6 ele 2m quad,  5/8 4 mtr vertical   plus various portable and mobile.

 I operate now and again mobile using the Ft 897 and Atas antenna they seem to work very well The antenna mount is fixed to a roof bar and a short earth strap to the roof mounting bolt does give a good earth.
